Ton Wesseling is the founder of both Online Dialogue, a conversion agency that provides “Evidence based growth for your business, driven by Digital Data & Applied Psychology.” He also founded Testing.Agency, which does the technical implementation and development for A/B tests.
As if he wasn’t busy enough with that, he also heads the Conversion Hotel conference in the Netherlands, an event filled with hundreds of conversion experts.

He is the go-to guy for online persuasion and consumer psychology.
Bart also tweets lots of behind-the-scenes stuff from conferences and speaking gigs, as well as valuable information and resources. He, however, is more focused on the psychology aspect of CRO.

He’s the founder of ConversionXL, the world’s most popular conversion optimization blog, as well as the conversion agency by the same name.
He doesn’t tweet as often as other conversion experts, but when he does, it’s mostly – aside from the occasional interesting article or ConversionXL blog post – questions for the audience or witty observations. Every once in awhile, you’ll see a good smackdown. Always blunt and honest:
